Higher Learning

An advanced progression from the foundation set by a 200-hour yoga teacher training developing a refined skill set that exceeds expectations of the practitioner and the professional. An inimitable training, honouring the nature within.

Technique, Training and Practice

Blending the elements from the 21st century anatomy component of training, we teach from a unique individualized perspective in contrast to the familiar cookie cutter template applications. Become a skilled teacher that is not limited by linear thinking and offer your students the most supportive experience in yoga.

Self Realization

The philosophies of yoga are a lived experience and intricately woven providing a multidimensional understanding and application in real life experiences throughout the year long training. And now begins the practice of yoga.

Practical Experience

Practical experience is essential to develop advanced teaching skills. In addition to enhancing an authentic teaching approach, students will also be offered the opportunity to develop and present a workshop and to experience an educator’s perspective in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. It is imperative that as advanced teachers, the knowledge and experience is transferred responsibly to strengthen the practice and the industry as a whole.

21st Century Anatomy

Our anatomy and physiology brings cutting edge research from a biotensegrity perspective and the nature of fascia that aligns with the 8 limbs of yoga which offers space to study advanced postures and movement.

Experience and Support

Each of our teachers has had a minimum of 20 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 10 years of teaching in yoga schools, many internationally. They understand the importance of a supported cohort and recognize the uniqueness of each teacher and inspire them at this advanced level of training.
