With 30 years of teaching experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Lisa's passion and knowledge is evident as the lead instructor for the 200, 500 and 800 hour teacher training programs and is a member of the Yoga Alliance Standards Advisory Committee.
Lisa has worked with many different demographics to understand that regardless of the application, the connection between body, mind and spirit is essential. Teaching individuals to support and guide other's as yoga teachers, Lisa taps into their gifts to allow them to grow to become exceptional teachers themselves. With her knowledge of the energy body, she teaches students to go beyond the postures to create a beautiful experience for students in each practice.
Lisa is a supportive instructor that will create a teacher training that includes all the components to teach students to understand the healing process of yoga through the philosophies practiced over thousands of years and will guide you on your own personal journey throughout your teacher training program.

Nand Narine Ph.D. RYT is a University Lecturer, Author and Yoga Teacher. He brings an interesting mix of eastern and western perspectives to the study and practice of yoga. His diverse cultural experiences on and off the mat have gradually interwoven into an inspiring and rewarding yoga lifestyle.
Growing up in the Caribbean Islands has created a passion for ocean life, natural sounds and exotic settings. His writings and philosophical teachings are enjoyable journeys into the history of yoga and the spiritual wisdom of great teachers. Nand brings the ancient wisdom of Sufi poetry to modern living as he sings and plays the harmonium. He also incorporates kirtans and Sanskrit chants to enhance the esoteric experience of various yoga postures.
Nand currently teaches different styles of yoga and brings the focus to the inner transformation and emotional bliss derived from a consistent practice. He travels internationally to lecture and teach Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit at various seminars, workshops and Yoga Teachers Training Programs.
Dr Janice Dacyshyn
Dr Janice Dacyshyn is the anatomy instructor for the Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios 200, 500 and 800 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs as well for the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is a graduate of the Bastyr University of Naturopathic Medicine in Seattle, WA., the leading educator in science-based medicine.
Her 4-year doctoral program at the Bastyr University included dissection anatomy, physiology, pathology and biochemistry that is common to all medical education with the added benefit of learning botanical medicine, nutrition, counselling, homeopathy, and physical medicine. Her practicum experience has allowed her to work with family practice ND's, Chiropractors and a general surgeon that specialized in breast pathology.
Janice is an experienced anatomy, physiology and pathology teacher that inspires her students to apply this knowledge into their healing practices. Her instruction exceeds expectation and will enhance your yoga practice and teachings.
Music Educator, Laughter Yoga Teacher
Marcus is a passionate, compassionate, life-long learner. He is an abmassador for playfullness, creativity and magic. An inclusive, expressive arts facilitator he serves to open a safe space for people to show up just as they are. His training includes the modialities of creative movement, laughter as medicine, breathwork and healing through music, rhythm and sound.
Marcus has been offering his inspirational gifts to teacher training programs for 8 years to cultivate a relationship through the breath, the body, and sound bringing the group as a collective together in harmony.
