Integral Movement Systems
Integral Movement Systems is an appoach to wholeness in well being from a scientific perspective. It is a systematic approach that recognizes the myofascial system integrates everything into a functional unit. This changes how we approach movement in all forms to bring balance and stability to the physical body, the mind and energy.
How does it work? As we engage in our daily activites we find ourselves moving in the same patterns, stressing some parts while allowing others to become complacent. This creates instability and misalignment and therefore eventually chronic pain. Through subtle movements initiated at the core, we begin to allow movement without force to engage in each interaction. Our system is a process that brings resiliency to movement from a strong foundation. Mobility and strength are increased, mental strength and clarity is elevated and energy is boundless.
