What exactly is Yoga?
Yoga is an excellent practice that offers endless benefits. Yoga is about YOU! It is NOT a religion, or about standing on your head or doing contorted poses. It allows your body to relax, opens tightness in the muscles and strengthens your whole body. Practicing yoga is good for the mind providing mental clarity and calmness. You become more efficient in your day and sleep better at night. Yoga inspires you to be your best so the benefits that you may notice will be endless and will change from each practice.
We have an extensive schedule with many different styles of practice so that you can find what suits you best. The instructors that lead you through your yoga practice have excellent training, from all over the world, so you have access to many different experiences and knowledge and will benefit from their unlimited passion for yoga in a safe and effective way.
If you are new to yoga, welcome. Anyone can practice yoga. Our instructors are here to help you with modifications in poses that are uncomfortable. Remember that when we move our bodies in a new and unfamiliar way, it can be uncomfortable but should not be painful. As you practice the poses and movements they will become comfortable and those that aren't you will understand the modifications that work better for you.
